If you have ever been the person collecting shirt sizes for a reunion, you already know. Somebody changes their size. Somebody forgets to answer. Somebody wants to add three more shirts after you thought you were finished.
We can help with the shirts. These five things help you get the order together.
1. The date you need them in hand
Give us the pickup or delivery date you need, along with the event date. If people are traveling, those may be two different days. We will need to confirm availability and timing for your particular order.
2. A real quantity and size list
Put the sizes in one list and add them up. Keep youth and adult sizes separate, and ask people to check the size information for the shirt being ordered. Your favorite shirt at home may fit differently from another style.
3. Your design—or a clear starting point
Send the wording exactly how it should read. Include the family name, class year, dates, and any artwork you want considered. Check spelling before the design gets approved. A clear original logo file is more useful than a screenshot from somebody’s phone.
4. Shirt color and print locations
Front only? Front and back? A small chest design? Tell us what you have in mind. Those choices, along with the shirt itself, affect the quote.
5. One person to approve the details
Get everybody’s input, then choose one person to confirm the final sizes, artwork, and order. It saves a lot of crossed messages.
